At Za Rosa, we take pride in the quality and detail of every product we offer. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards and your expectations. 

Due to the personal nature of our accessories and for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your item arrives with any craftsmanship-related issues or damage, we’re here to help.

Please contact us at admin@zarosa.ca within 7 days of delivery so we can review the concern and work toward a fair solution. Every inquiry is handled individually, with care and consideration.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning risk of loss and ownership transfer to you once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

US Tariff
